Our beef comes from our home-bred Charolais steers and heifers, born on the farm to our suckler herd and sired by our pedigree Charolais bull, Undie. Our beef animals spend all of their lives here enjoying the beautiful Hampshire countryside and it gives us the utmost knowledge and traceability of our end produce.
This is a Charolais heifer, born and reared at Ashford Farm. It has been slaughtered at an abbatoir to meet all regulations and hung to allow the flavour to fully develop. Weights are a guide only but will be matched as closely as possible. If there is any significant difference I will adjust the price down accordingly. The Rump and Sirloin Steaks are usually approximately 250 g each steak, the Fillet approximately 200 g each steak. Rib, brisket, skirt and flat iron steaks are also available
