Free range, slow growing traditional turkeys. Fully mature, our turkeys have a natural layer of fat which makes for a tasty, flavoursome bird and reduces cooking time.
Our turkeys are provided, fresh and oven ready with giblets in a separate vacuum bag.
Our bronze turkeys have a slightly “gamier” flavour and, whilst still very much a white meat, they have a slight speckling to the meat which is down to the dark feathers.
Our birds are dry plucked for a superior finish and hung for a minium of 7 days to allow the meat to relax and tenderise.

To put it simply – Top notch turkeys. Flavour of the free range bronze is superb. Beef and lamb is v good too. Have been buying from Alex and Simon for ten or more years and we will travel over 40 miles to get our hands on an Ashford turkey! Very much recommended.
