Our seasoned sausages are made by Treagust Butchers of Emsworth with our home bred pork produced at Ashford Farm. Because of the requirement to cure our gammons and bacon for a month, our sausages are FROZEN when they are produced in November. They are available in 454g packs (8 sausages) They are available for pre-order ONLY as a bulk buy discounted box of 4 packs of sausages for £17 (or as a mix and match box with bacon/chipolatas/sausagemeat) They will also be available individually on our December collection days priced at £4.75 per packet, subject to availability. I’m afraid that they are NOT gluten free.
