Our seasoned sausage meat is made by oursleves with our home bred pork produced at Ashford Farm. Because of the requirement to cure our gammons and bacon for a month, our sausage meat is FROZEN when it is produced in November. It is available in 454g packs. These are available for pre-order ONLY as a discounted bulk buy box of 4 packs of sausage meat for £17 (or as a mix and match box with bacon/chipolatas/sausages) They will also be available individually on our December collection days priced at £4.75 per packet, subject to availability. I’m afraid that our sausage meat is NOT gluten free.
