Our seasoned sausage meat is made by Treagust Butchers of Emsworth with our home bred pork produced at Ashford Farm. Because of the requirement to cure our gammons and bacon for a month, our sausage meat is FROZEN when it is produced in November. It is available in 454g packs. These are available for pre-order ONLY as a discounted bulk buy box of 4 packs of sausage meat for £17 (or as a mix and match box with bacon/chipolatas/sausages) They will also be available individually on our December collection days priced at £4.75 per packet, subject to availability. I’m afraid that our sausage meat is NOT gluten free.
