As part of our Christmas fayre, we offer a discounted “Mix and Match” if you want 4 or more sausage, chipolatas, sausage meat and bacon items. Our sausages, chipolatas and sausage meat is FROZEN as it comes out of the same pigs as our gammons and bacon which have to be cured for a month. I’m afraid our sausage products are NOT gluten free. Pre-orders are for our box offers. All items will be available individually on our December collection days, subject to availability.
