Our seasoned chipolatas are made by Treagust Butchers of Emsworth with our home bred pork produced at Ashford Farm. Because of the requirement to cure our gammons and bacon for a month, our sausages are FROZEN when they are produced in November. They are available in 454g packs (16 chipolatas) They are available for pre-order ONLY as a discounted bulk buy box of 4 packs of chipolatas for £17 (or as a mix and match box with bacon/sausages/sausage meat) They will also be available individually on our December collection days priced at £4.75 per packet, subject to availability. I’m afraid that they are NOT gluten free.
